Our return policy: 

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. 
• All returns are processed in the form of The Summer North store credit via electronic gift card, excluding the shipping costs. Store credit will be processed upon receipt of the item. Store credit does not expire.
• Items eligible for return must be returned in ORIGINAL condition.
• All tags must be attached.
• Items cannot be worn, altered or washed.
• Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for return.

How to return your item: 

• Visit the returns portal to begin your refund request. 
• Enter your order number and email address to begin the returns process.
• Once your refund request is accepted, package and ship your item(s) to: The Summer North, 125 Remount Road, Suite C1 PMB 1162, Charlotte, NC 28203.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Once your item(s) is received and inspected, you will receive approval or rejection of your refund. 
• If approved, your refund for store credit will be accepted and processed within 10 business days.
